Without having to go from location to location, New Yorkers be able to visit 50 of NYC’s hottest new residences at a one-of-a-kind condo “open house” at the New York Observer’s Observer Living: Condo Showcase on Sunday, September 21, 2008, from 12:30 to 6:00 p.m. at the Metropolitan Pavilion, 125 West 18th Street, Manhattan. At Observer Living: Condo Showcase, the Metropolitan Pavilion will be transformed into a mini-NYC, organized to reflect the geographical layout of the properties. Attendees will be able to explore developments – walking across the Brooklyn Bridge to ‘Lower Manhattan’ to the ‘Upper East Side’ and ‘across the Brooklyn Bridge’ – all without ever having to leave the building. Observer Living: Condo Showcase is a central resource for buyers, brokers, and developers to explore and learn about new residential condominium properties without having to hop cabs or trains.


Complimentary light beverages and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Starbucks Coffee Company will be the official coffee sponsor for the event. Wireless Internet access and valet parking will be available to all participants. In addition, there will be live entertainment throughout the day.
