Peter A. Alongi

Peter Alongi brings over 20 years of experience to his position as Regional VP at HSBC Mortgage Corp. He began his career as a Loan Consultant in 1988 and would later go on to establish his own mortgage brokerage company. Over a 15 year period, he has trained hundreds of Loan Officers and consulted thousands of clients. Holding various securities and insurance licenses, Peter developed a well rounded financial consulting perspective and helped many purchase their first homes and prepare their financial future.

Peter would leave the private Retail sector in 2005, and accepted an offer with Citigroup in the Wholesale Lending Division. With a breadth of experience in Retail Lending and all aspects of Credit, he was promoted to Regional VP within 15 months.

In his current role as Regional VP at HSBC, he and his staff provide residential financing for Local Bank customers as well as the International clientele from Europe, Asia and South America.
